The key to achieving your fullest potential is continuous personal development. Why is this? Well you have to look at the world around us, and what type of conditioning you are receiving day in and day out. It is this battle that we have to fight to achieve and align with the universe to get the love, cars, houses, money that we want.If you do not do the daily work and keep those negative thoughts that condition the subconscious mind. You will not manifest the love, cars, houses, money that you want.We have to realize that it is the incremental development of ourselves that leads to exponential reality in our physical lives. We must stay on track to condition ourselves to live the dream lives that we are after. There are a few key to making this happen….1. We need to focus on 1% improvement daily. If you do that for a year, you will have improved your current condition by 365%!2. The second thing we need to look into is doing that 1% everyday and not missing a day. The reason for this is when you miss a day you fall back 5 days. It is like someone who quits smoking and does great for a year and then decides to just have 1. This one changes everything. Make sure with your personal development that you do not make this first exception! Once you get a plan together, stick with it!3. What is the plan? Most personal development experts recommend 30 minutes of personal development daily. How do you get that? Books, Seminars, CDs, MP3s, and coaching.I would recommend getting on the free site we started www.morningcoach.com every morning for 15 minutes and then reading an additional 15 minutes daily.Whatever your plan is, keep it simple. This is the key to you manifesting an amazing reality. This runs very deep and has to do with the alignment to the universe and the energy that is out there. Come over to www.morningcoach.com for great FREE coaching. Then get the rest from books, seminars, CDs and MP3s!We truly want you to have a blessed and amazing life. You just have to put some things in place and it can all be there for you!

I’m often asked the question, “How can I best help my children, spouse, family member, staff member, friend etc. improve/change?” In fact that might be the most frequently asked question I receive, “How can I help change someone else?”My answer often comes as a surprise and here it is. The key to helping others is to help yourself first. In other words, the best contribution I can make to someone else is my own personal development. If I become 10 times wiser, 10 times stronger, think of what that will do for my adventure as a father… as a grandfather… as a business colleague. The best gift I can give to you, really, is my ongoing personal development. Getting better, getting stronger, becoming wiser. I think parents should pick this valuable philosophy up. If the parents are okay, the kids have an excellent chance of being okay. Work on your personal development as parents; that’s the best gift you can give to your children. If you have ever ridden in an airplane, then you might have noticed the oxygen compartment located above every seat. There are explicit instructions that say “In case of an emergency, first secure your own oxygen mask and then if you have children with you then secure their masks.” Take care of yourself first… then assist your children. If we use that same philosophy throughout our whole parental life, it would be so valuable. If I learn to create happiness for myself, my children now have an excellent chance to be happy. If I create a unique lifestyle for myself and my spouse, that will be a great example to serve my children.Self-development enables you to serve, to be more valuable to those around you; for your child… your business… your colleague… your community… your church. That’s why I teach development skills. If you keep refining all the parts of your character, yourself, your health, etc. so that you become an attractive person to the marketplace - you’ll attract opportunity. Opportunity will then begin to seek you out. Your reputation will begin to precede you and people will want to do business with you. All of that possibility is created by working on the philosophy that success is something you attract by continually working on your own personal development. To Your Success,

Personal development used to be a course taught at business and vocational schools around the United States. It was long since held that self-improvement was an essential aspect of succeeding in a more and more competitive marketplace that left little room for those who would not be able to pull their own weight – usually because of self image problems.Personal growth was considered to be the antidote to the possibility of failure very often experienced by job changers, vocation changers, and those who might embark on a new career at a more advanced age than most of their competitors in the marketplace. Personal development was said to be effective in combining an individual’s innate wish for success with a change in the person’s mode of viewing her- or himself and also the way the person is portraying her- or himself to others.NLP - neuro-linguistic programming – is one of the favored tools of the personal development movement. Since it offers a wide variety of tools and techniques, this application itself promises success simply because of its superior adaptability to the needs of the person seeking personal development. For example, for those will simply performance anxiety problems, a large number of exercises will make an accomplished introvert out of a phobic introvert who is sent into stammering or excessive sweating bits at the prospect of speaking in front of a crowd. For the person suffering from extreme anxiety the idea of meditation – well within the framework of NLP – will quite often yield amazing results. While traditionalists might scoff at the idea of personal development simply because it is such a subjective exercise, it is noteworthy that many people sear by it and attribute their business success to lessons learned and exercises attempted during a personal development seminar.Perhaps the most important aspect to remember when discussing personal development is the fact that it seeks to capitalize on a person’s good intentions. These intentions may be the wish to succeed in business, the innate need to be useful, or maybe just the wish to further the role of leadership a person has taken within a corporation or business. The goal is to draw out the good intentions and turn them into marketable objectives which the client will be able to realize and develop further, so as to ensure that her or his confidence will grow enough to pursue the next level of professional development. For those who are gifted with a go-get-it attitude, this need may be hard to understand, but suffice it to say that in a world where corporate success is hard won, and abilities have to be proven time and again, those who may suffer from a lack of self esteem have often found themselves relegated to the sidelines. If this is you, it is also important to understand that you do not have to be on the sidelines, but that you have everything it takes to make it up the ladder of success!

When it comes to making changes for the better; there is no such thing as quick fix personal development. There are several successful people today who still use the principles taught in personal development. If you stop learning then you become stagnant. Personal development is a way of life it is not just a one time thing and then you never do it again. If you want to lose weight you do not just go on a diet for a couple months and then go back to your old way of life of eating junk food and drinking soda and filling your body with the very things that made you overweight in the first place. No if you truly wish to keep the weight off then you learn how to develop new eating habits and exercise so that you can continue to live a long and healthy life.People who have watched the movie “The Secret” have put the principles into use for a couple weeks and when they do not see any changes they lose their faith and quit believing in the law of attraction. If you are looking for a quick fix personal development you definitely will be disappointed. In order to be do have anything in this world you must do what it takes. The most important thing is to know first of all what you wish to have. When you have that down on paper then you must learn how to control your mind and begin seeing yourself with whatever it is you desire. This takes persistence and time the important thing to remember is not to be discouraged if the first couple of times you attempt this you can not control your emotions the way you would like to. This is not a quick fix personal development life it is not a overnight fix. There is no such thing as something for nothing. The ability to reach and influence your mind to help you achieve whatever you desire has a price and everyone who wishes to do so must pay that price. The price I am talking about is persistence there is no way to cheat believe me if there was everyone would be utilizing personal development in their lives. You and only you must decide whether or not the reward of your goal which you are striving for is worth the price to pay. No one can think the thoughts for you; you have to learn how to keep your thoughts on what you wish to experience and keep them off of your everyday life and financial worries. It is a simple process however it is very difficult to keep your mind focused on the things you desire especially when your outer world is in constant struggle or not designed the way you wish it was.As you continue the process of personal development and learn how to influence your subconscious the way you want it to you will realize that you are a very powerful individual.

Self help. Self improvement. Personal development. We’ve all heard these words before. Maybe some of you have used self improvement ideas and self help books to try and improve your life. But the truth is that succeeding in your own personal development is more a matter of perseverance than finding a ’secret key’ that will unlock the door to your happiness.Undoubtedly, perseverance is the vehicle which will carry you, however your sense of direction needs to be very focused on your overall goal. And this is where self help books and personal development systems are useful. They can provide a road map for your perseverance to transport you along to your destination. Think of them like a satellite navigation system for your goals and dreams.I have bought or downloaded several hundred self help books over the last few years. My motivation and perseverance have not waned. But my bank baladce certainly has. I have spent thousands of dollars in my pursuit of self improvement. But in hindsight I could have spent a couple of hundred to help me get where I am today. The rest of the money was wasted on self improvement products that simply did not deliver.Be careful where your desire for self improvement leads you. Temptation to take a chance on the latest self improvement ideas and systems is always strong, but caution is recommended.Keep a tight hold of your credit cards and find out all you can about a product before handing over those numbers.
